"Chad Collins was the Builder for our home. From the start Chad showed interest and initiative by taking us on a walkthrough of our lot to show us our boundaries and how the house would optimally fit on the property. Chad told us then that he would very much like the opportunity to build our house for us. Before ground was broken, Chad met with us to go over the floor plan and confirm any changes and additions we had ordered. He was extremely flexible and helpful during this process. While the house was being built Chad met with us several times to go over the house and be sure everything was right. He also took time to explain various building methods he was using to produce a quality house. In addition, during this time and through the closing, Chad was always receptive to our questions about progress of the house and if we discovered any issues he addressed and rectified them. Chad has done everything he said he would and more. We have a beautiful house and I know the majority of the thanks for that goes to him. While we were going through the building process, everyone we knew entertained us with horror stories about all the things that could go wrong. Thankfully, we did not experience any of those problems. We would definitely ask Chad to build us a house again."
